In 1986, ATI GROUP started with two men, Michael Bunting and Bill Jensen, as Walter Mechanical Services. These two men had a vision to bring superior technical expertise while building a strong relationship with their customers. This vision has lasted 20 years with now more than 60 employees and hundreds of customers. ATI GROUP has expanded from mechanical service and repair to electrical, information systems, design-build engineering, and financial services.

It is our obligation to provide a safe culture for our employees and our clients. Our culture is one of personal awareness, personal accountability, company education, provision, and support. Subsequently, our EMR safety ratings are at the top of our industry.

To illustrate our efforts to be as safe as possible:

• All employees have completed the Great Lakes Safety Training Certification Class with an annual refresher.
• Project superintendents are all OSHA 30 hour, CPR, and First Aid Certified.
• All Construction Projects are 100% hardhat and safety glass projects.
• We are also proud to maintain a drug free workplace.
