Will I have to invest a lot of time and money coordinating between separate design and construction contracts?
No, the Owner is not required to invest time and money coordinating and arbitrating between separate design and construction contracts. This is a huge advantage to our design/build service philosophy.

Does ATI GROUP provide an early knowledge of costs?
ATI GROUP will guarantee construction costs far earlier than in other delivery systems.
